Rerturn Policy
Customer’s right of withdrawal. Who is eligible?
Only customers acting as consumers (not businesses) have the right of withdrawal, as per Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005).
No withdrawal is allowed for works that are custom-made or personalized.
How long do you have to withdraw?
You can withdraw within 14 days from receiving the artwork.
How to request a withdrawal?
Send a written notice to info@fpartonline.com or by letter, stating your decision to withdraw.
You may use the withdrawal form below or any other clear statement.
The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the artwork.
Returning the artwork
The return must be made at the customer's expense and within 14 days from the withdrawal request.
The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging as received.
If applicable (e.g., carpets), the artwork must not have been used (e.g., walked on, handled improperly).
Refund process
FP-ART will refund the total payment, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned artwork or proof of return.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Additional delivery costs (if you chose a more expensive shipping option) are not refundable.
Exceptions
No withdrawal is allowed for customized or made-to-order artworks.
Shipping & Delivery
At checkout
Customers can choose to either:
Pick up the artwork at FP Art’s headquarters.
Have it delivered to their specified address (shipping costs included in the order total).
International Orders
For shipments outside Italy, taxes and customs duties vary by country and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities. Customers are responsible for obtaining the necessary information and handling customs formalities.
FP Art is available to assist with required declarations. If FP Art incurs any customs-related costs, the customer must reimburse them upon proof of payment.
Delivery Process
If delivery is requested, FP Art will pack the artwork securely and ship it via a trusted carrier.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the artwork’s location at the time of purchase and the final destination:
Italy: Within 30 working days from order acceptance.
European Union: Within 45 working days from order acceptance.
Outside the EU: Within 60 working days from order acceptance.
Delays & Refunds
Customs clearance and international regulations may cause delays beyond FP Art’s control.
If the artwork is not delivered within the agreed timeframe, the customer may request an additional delivery period of at least 15 working days.
If FP Art still fails to deliver, the customer may request a full refund of the purchase price.
Price and Payment Methods
Price and Shipping Costs
The price of the artwork is displayed in the artwork’s information sheet and during the purchase request process. Shipping costs are not included and vary depending on the delivery location. These costs will be clearly indicated during checkout before payment.
For deliveries outside Italy, customs duties and taxes must be paid directly by the customer to the relevant authorities, as they cannot be calculated in advance.
Price Changes
Artwork prices may change based on market conditions. The price at checkout is the final price the customer must pay. By submitting the purchase request, the customer agrees to pay the price listed at that time.
Order Confirmation & Payment
The order confirmation email will include:
- The final artwork price
- The shipping cost
- Any applicable taxes
Accepted Payment Methods
Credit Card: Payments are processed securely with encrypted protocols.
PayPal: The PayPal email address must match the email used during website registration.
Shop Pay (by Shopify): A fast and secure checkout option with saved payment details.
Klarna: Buy now, pay later options available based on eligibility.
