Mauro, born in Venice in 1965, has a unique connection with glass, treating it as a friend and fellow traveler, drawing inspiration from both present and past emotions. After graduating in industrial electronics, he became an apprentice at a Venetian furnace in 1983. His passion for the human figure led him to study at the Artistic High School of Venice, where he graduated in 2003. Mauro's works, including important exhibitions at the Murano Glass Museum and the Venice Biennale, are showcased globally, including at the Corning Museum of Glass in New York. His art has been featured in prominent publications like the Chicago Tribune and La Repubblica.
