Ulian Paolo

Italy

Paolo Ulian studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Carrara and graduated in Industrial Design from ISIA Florence in 1990. He worked as an assistant to Enzo Mari in Milan and gained recognition at the 2000 Salone Satellite, winning the Design Report Award. He has held solo exhibitions at the Milan Triennale and won the ADI Social Design Prize in 2011. Ulian has collaborated with Droog Design and leading Italian brands, and his works are in the permanent collections of the Triennale Design Museum, London Design Museum, and Montreal Museum of Fine Arts.
