About
By letting myself be guided by the 'simplicity' of the nature that surrounds me, I collected the essential elements to undertake my technical and expressive journey. The sea is my inevitable reference and my great passion. I love to observe it in the multiplicity of its aspects and the variety of its nuances: from the breaking of the waves on the shore to the infinite expanse of the horizon; from the agitated upheavals of the afternoon currents to the soothing calm of sunset and sunrise; from the changing colors of the water to the succession of the tides.

Battista Emanuela
Emanuela Battista was born in Terracina in 1974. Since adolescence, following her inclination, she began to attend painting courses. After completing her studies, she moved to Rome, enrolled in the "Pantheon" Academy of Culture, specialising in "Interior Design" and began a long and extensive training course both in Italy and in Switzerland. On her return to Italy in 2004, she dedicated herself exclusively to the world of ceramics, attending modelling and decoration courses with great passion, at important Masters, concerning both traditional and Raku techniques.
Today she lives in Sperlonga and her creations are the meeting point between the technique in continuous experimentation and improvement and the inspiration originating from the marine environment that surrounds it.
