About the artwork

Angel

Sculptures. Non-anthropomorphic brass angel, wooden base.

Hand selected by our curators

The body of a non-anthropomorphic angel is crafted from a tortured brass profile, with wings extruded from a tortured brass sheet, all patinated with salt and ammonia. This combination of materials and techniques creates a powerful, ethereal form that evokes a sense of divine presence and transformation.
