Ariatta Bernardo
Bernardo Ariata was born in Novara in 1966. His painting finds the most effective stimuli in everyday reality and implements his transformations to communicate his thoughts, his sensitivity, his own emotions. Specifically and great suggestion are the effects created by light on shiny, transparent or mirroring surfaces in its fruit and object compositions. The steering of aluminium and cellophane sheets crush in infinite flashes, all varied in their perceptive refractory.
The hyperrealist technique, with the close position of the subjects, the focus of details that escape the usual vision and emphasis given to the light effects, allows it to obtain almost abstract and very personal compositions, in an impregnated painting of tensions, of dynamism. Poetic suggestions that only attention and love for simple things can solicit.
