Marco Lodola, born in 1955 in Pavia, studied at the Fine Arts Academies of Florence and Milan. Emerging in the early 80s alongside the New Futurism movement, he exhibited in China in 1994 at the Imperial City of Beijing archives. Known for his collaborations with musicians like Max Pezzali and Jovanotti, Lodola also designed sets for theater, cinema, and television. His art, characterized by relaxation and accessibility, is intended for a wide audience, not just the art elite. Lodola’s works are meant to be displayed in homes, where they can inspire and entertain everyday people.
