About the artist

Gulminetti Alberto

Italy

Alberto Gulminetti, born in Turin in 1988, has loved drawing and art since childhood. After attending Arts High School, he moved to Rome to study at a Cinema Academy and later graduated with honors from the Academy of Fine Arts in 2017. Primarily focused on video and digital art for several years, Gulminetti recently returned to painting, where his work is centered around chromatic combinations and material use on canvas. His art begins with color, which triggers the creative process, much like fish darting through waves. His goal is to bring peace into a stressed society, using color and shapes to create a meditative state for the viewer.
