Slow Design 44
"Time rediscovered in the beauty of home objects, made by artisans, with precious materials of our territory. We like to think of materials as if they were people: they keep a story, they have a personality, they live with weaknesses and strengths".
Slow Design 44 was born at the end of 2020 for the tenth year of Interiors 44, an activity linked to the world of interior design in Italy and the world. Slow Design 44 realises small home objects with the artisan ability and materials that reflect its simplicity. They are the fruit of what surrounds us. The starting point is the nature of the territory and its materials.
When we think of a new object, they are the materials themselves that inspire us. In each color, an emotion that can be decided, intense and alive, or delicate, pale nuance. Our way of understanding design sought materials, attention to the details of master craftsmen, which led us to think of an elegant and versatile house. As Achille Castiglione suggests: "objects must keep company".
