About
Starting from 2000, in Zampetti's works the characters return to be portrayed and inserted in metropolitan views, through cinematic shots with singular background fades, thanks to which the climate of the metropolitan streets is re-proposed with singular realism and evocative efficacy.
The encaustic funds also help to identify the main color scheme of the works.

Zampetti Luca
Luca Zampetti, born in Camerino in 1966, lives and works in Tolentino. Artistically and humanly multifaceted and complex, he experiments with disparate languages such as sculpture, graphics and, primarily, chalcographic engraving. Realist and metropolitan poet, in 1998 he published his first collection of lyrics entitled T Notebook of an artist with a dirty conscience.
The critics immediately included him among the exponents of the New Italian Figuration and his activity, which began in 1987, includes over a hundred personal and collective exhibitions in private galleries, public spaces and Italian and foreign museums, as well as prestigious awards including recalls the silver plaque at the Arte Mondadori Prize in 1994, the final of the Cairo Communication Prize in 2003, that of the Fabbri Prize for Art in 2007, and that of the Combat Prize 2010.
In 2005 he was invited by the Museum of Contemporary Art Italian in America, San José, Costa Rica, at the 51st edition of the Venice Biennale.
