About
The people that Corrado Zeni paints are caught during a double moment. A double time. There is a physical time, which acts on the faces and poses of the portraits and a metaphysical, mental and unreal time that offsets their gestures and reactions, accelerating or increasing the speeds and rhythms, the meanings, breaking down their duration.
The images are barely shaken, barely crossed by sways and approximations, a propagation of vibrations that transfer through subtle channels from the painting to its protagonists, secretly, in silence.
